IV Cocktails

We offer a wide range of IV Cocktails and intramuscular injections carefully selected to meet your needs.

Our IV Cocktails start with a bag of hydrating fluids (Normal Saline) and then various vitamins, electrolytes, amino acids, minerals, anti-inflammatories, and detoxifiers are added to target your specific complaints and help you accomplish your wellness goals.

If you are interested in receiving an IV Cocktail, or “drip”, your visit will start with a consultation where we will review your health history and discuss what your specific goals are. If you meet the criteria to receive a drip (and most people do!), one of our RNs will start your IV. This is a quick process that involves the insertion of a sterile needle into one of the blood vessel in your arm or hand through which the drip will be administered.

Our staff will then hand-mix your drip, and administer it though your IV over the course of the next 30-60 minutes. After the initial needle stick, the drip itself is a painless process and you are welcome to relax in one of our heated, massaging recliners. Feel free to bring a snack, book, earphones, etc. We provide the blankets and relaxing environment!

Once your drip is completed, we will removed the IV and put a bandage over the site. There is no “downtime” afterwards and you can resume all of your normal activities as soon as you’re done.

Himalayan Salt Cave

Come spend some time in our Himalayan Salt Cave. With a “salt box” floor, heated salt panels on the walls, and a salt diffuser, our Cave provides a relaxing experience with many health benefits.

Himalayan Salt has natural antibacterial, antiviral, antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, and superabsorbent properties which have long been known to have positive impacts on the mind and body. Some of these include:

• Respiratory ailments. Himalayan salt can help stimulate the respiratory systems natural ability to reduce inflammation, fight infections, and reduce discomfort. This makes it beneficial for people suffering from allergies, asthma, allergic rhinitis, smoker’s cough, post-COVID cough and congestion, etc
• Skin conditions. Salt has over 80 minerals that can absorb into the skin, nourishing the body and making skin feel great. It also increases blood flow under the surface of the skin, reducing inflammation, swelling, redness, itching, and dryness and is beneficial for conditions like eczema, psoriasis, rashes, and dry skin
• Relaxation and stress reduction. Himalayan salt increases levels of serotonin which has positive effects on memory, sleep, appetite, and mood

You do not need to take any special precautions before or after your Salt Cave session. Feel free to wear your normal clothing, shoes, and jewelry. We do have disposable flip flops available if you choose to wear them. The salt will not damage your phone or other electronic devices.

Our Salt Cave has two zero gravity chairs, so you are welcome to bring a friend or enjoy it alone. Sessions are available in 15-, 30-, 45-, and 60-minute increments. Price: $1/minute

Oxygen Bar

Our Oxygen Bar is another excellent option to improve your wellness through the use of medical grade oxygen with the addition of essential oils.

Did you know that 90% of our energy comes from oxygen, and the other 10% comes from food and water? Breathing in oxygen enriched air (OEA) will help the body metabolize food more efficiently and generate more energy.

A session in our Oxygen Bar helps to displace harmful free radicals and gives the body the ability to rebuild itself, detoxify the blood, increase circulation, and strengthen the immune system. It can heighten concentration, alertness, and help fight off depression. Oxygen also helps with relaxation and sleep disorders, relieves hangovers, and alleviates headaches. It is often used by athletes to increase performance, endurance, and energy levels.

While oxygen therapy alone has many health benefits, the addition of essential oils enhances the benefits and creates a tailored experience just for you.

Red Light Therapy

Red Light Therapy has numerous health benefits, and makes a great stand-alone service or an add-on to any of our other services.

Hundreds of studies have been done over the last few decades that have highlighted the immense therapeutic benefits of Red Light Therapy, including:

Our Red Light Therapy machine also includes Blue Lights, which have several benefits of their own, including:

We use an FDA Class II approved Red Light Therapy device that can be moved to target your desired area, while you lay back and relax in one of our zero gravity chairs.

Light Therapy is painless, and noninvasive. Because it improves circulation, it can cause some “flushing” of the skin which can last for several minutes, but it is not a sunburn or adverse reaction. There are no documented long-term side effects, and the wave lengths used in Red Light Therapy devices are different than the harmful UV rays from the sun- thus they do not increase the risk of skin damage or skin cancer.

Depending on your target area, you may want to consider bringing a change of clothes, or wearing shorts/sports bra as Light Therapy works best on bare skin.
